The story
SkyBox began on the grassroots floor, not in an office. For two decades our founders coached, trained, and raised young athletes through traveling teams, camps, and academy programs, watching families navigate a growing industry with no one in their corner.
Today SkyBox Sports Management is a full-service agency dedicated to discovering, developing, and representing elite male and female athletes and coaches. We create opportunities on and off the field by combining world-class development, strategic representation, and long-term career planning.
They watched gifted kids get discovered by strangers: talented young athletes represented by people who met them a season ago and would move on a season later. The builders and the sellers were never the same people, and the families could feel it.
So we built the institution instead. One pipeline that develops athletes from their first teams through elite academy competition into professional management, with the family holding approval at every step. We develop what we represent. It changes everything about how this business treats a young athlete.
